Privacy Commitments
This notice explains how Pavilionsortbambo Casa Ltd (Company No. 15284736, registered office 14 Kiln Lane, Bristol BS3 4QR, United Kingdom), operator of pavilionsortbambo.casa, handles personal data. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
We do not run accounts, newsletters or advertising. The contact message builder works entirely in your browser; text you type is not transmitted to us unless you choose to send it by email. When you email us, we receive your email address, name and message content.
Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. These logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Why we use it
We use emails only to reply, to correct content and to keep a record of correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining accurate content.
Retention
We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless a longer period is required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run email and hosting, under appropriate contractual safeguards, or where required by law.
Your rights
